This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the beauty of the Métis heritage! The game park is home to rare white bison, wood bison, common bison, moose and Percheron horses. The bison, or "bufloo" in Michif, the language of the Métis, last roamed these hills in 1865.

The historic relationship between the Métis and the bison stems from the buffalo hunts that thousands of Métis brought together each spring and fall. Through the coming together of these great communities, the Métis Nation took shape, with the development of their own laws, democrats and legal systems.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, with transportation included. You can enter the paddocks next to the animals for an intimate look. With your guide, you will explore the connection of the Métis people with the land and the animals.
